Big Rick’s With a Bite BBQ Sauce offers you, on top of the smokey and big tomato foundation flavours of the Original sauce base, a delicate hint of ‘Chipotle’. Used by those creating Mexican cuisine worldwide, this is the Spanish word to describe the ‘smoked smoke-dried jalapeño’ that flavours this sauce. It’s the pungent flavour behind the popularity of Mexican-American, Tex-Mex and Southwestern dishes. In Australia, we’re sparing with the chilli bringing you a far milder sauce than American or Mexican sauces, but one equally as delicious.
