Ingredients
- 200g bacon
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 bbq chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
- 10 small tortillas
- 200g grated cheese
- Cilantro for garnish
Method
- Cut bacon into pieces and cook with onion.
- Add BBQ chicken and 1/2 cup Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce. Add to tortillas and roll.
- Top with remaining Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce and grated cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 175C for 30 minutes (remove foil for last 5 minutes).
- Garnish with cilantro.
