A delicious side for a backyard BBQ, or a quick and easy meal, these cheesy BBQ potatoes are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
- 1/3 cup Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
Method
- Slice potatoes thinly and place in a roasting pan. Slice onion and sprinkle on top.
- Pour over Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce, as well as half of the cheese. Mix together and cover with foil.
- Place on the grill at medium heat and allow to cook for 45-60 minutes. Shake occasionally. Cooking time will vary based on how thin the potatoes are, but they are done when a fork pierces them easily.
- Once they are done, remove from the grill and add the rest of the cheese, as well as the bacon.
