These no-fuss sliders are perfect to feed a crowd!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
- 12 strips of bacon
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 18 slider rolls
Method
- Cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy, and drain on a paper towel.
- In the same pan, add onion and salt. Cook until the onions are tender and place in a slow cooker.
- Add chicken breasts and Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce to the slow cooker, and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred chicken and add half of the bacon.
- Place mixture on slider buns and top with remaining bacon.

Use gluten-free slider rolls to make this recipe gluten-free. Try adding different toppings, such as tomato or lettuce – or why not try Big Rick’s Hot As BBQ Sauce to give them some heat!
