These delicious BBQ chicken tacos practically cook themselves!
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle of Big Rick’s Honey BBQ Sauce
- 8 taco shells
- 8 slices of cheese
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of black beans
- 2 cups of salsa
- 1 cup of feta
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Place chicken in a slow cooker with Big Rick’s Honey BBQ Sauce and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 3.5 hours.
- Shred the chicken
- Assemble tacos, adding slice of cheese to the bottom (this helps keep them crispy!). Add chicken, and top with corn, beans, salsa, feta and cilantro.
Try adding different toppings to your tacos, such as jalapenos, capsicum, or guacamole.
