This Big Rick’s twist on a classic pasta salad is sure to have everyone talking – this might just be your new favourite salad!
Ingredients
- 450g elbow macaroni
- 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Big Rick’s With A Bite BBQ Sauce
Method
- Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and place in a large bowl. Add capsicum, celery and green onions.
- Combine vinegar, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne, mayonnaise and Big Rick’s With A Bite BBQ Sauce. Add to pasta and stir until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
