These BBQ pork kabobs couldn’t be easier or tastier! So simple, and perfect for a weekend get together.
Ingredients
- 1 pork loin filet
- 1 pineapple
- 1-2 red onions
- 1-2 red capsicums
- 1-2 green capsicums
- 1/2 cup of Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
Method
- Cut all ingredients into 1-inch cubes.
- Thread ingredients onto 8 skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Preheat your grill to 230C.
- Place skewers on the grill, and turn once (approx 8 minutes on each side) or until the pork is mostly cooked through.
- Brush each skewer with Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes to caramelise the sauce.
Recipe Alternatives
Try using different veggies to add some extra flavour – we like pineapple or mushroom. Or try using a different Big Rick’s flavour such as Big Rick’s With A Bite to add some spice!
