This super simple recipe is perfect for a quick dinner, or to impress your friends at a barbecue!
- 12 lamb cutlets, frenched
- 1/2 cup Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Place cutlets in a dish and cover with Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce, rosemary, garlic and oil.
- Cook on a heated grill plate.
