While this ribs recipe is super easy, it’s also packed full of Big Rick’s flavour!
- 1.25 kg pork ribs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 cup of Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce
- Place ribs in a pot and cover with water. Add garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Bring water to a boil, and cook until tender.
- Preheat oven to 165C.
- Place ribs in a baking dish. Pour Big Rick’s BBQ Sauce over the ribs, and cover with aluminium foil. Bake for 1 – 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ribs has reached 70C.
